A Decade of Community Service ...

MFNS was founded in 2003 as a pioneer women led organization. Since then, the MFNS Board of Directors has been working diligently to provide services to the community in Calgary and area. This organization was built on the idea of HELP… Help people in whatever way we can!

This graph provides a sneak peak at what we have been able to achieve over the years.

MFNS has seen its share of snags and roadblocks but alhamdulillah a strong team of dedicated members has worked hard to overcome all obstacles.

We have strict procedures and policies in place to ensure transparency & are committed to utilizing your generous donations in serving underprivileged Calgarians, with the objective of empowering them with dignity and insha’Allah eventual self-sufficiency.

MFNS has grown significantly both in terms of services and clientele. We believe with Allah’s help we can continue the great work we have embarked upon.  We feel honoured to have served a whopping 7000 community members in 2016 alone. Alhamdulillah !

All this success would not have been possible without you, our valuable donors and supporters. We encourage you to continue to be a part of our MFNS family and also invite your friends and loved ones to join the effort through volunteering at our events and donating your zakah, sadaqah, and fidya.

We guarantee that all your hard earned contributions will be put to their best use insha’Allah
